Elizabeth Levy

Liz is responsible for researching publicly traded equities and managing client portfolios, having joined Clean Yield in June 2024.  She brings more than 20 years of experience in Sustainable Investing, beginning with an internship at Innovest in graduate school in 2001, eight years with Winslow Management (which was acquired by Brown Advisory), and most recently 12 years at Trillium Asset Management, as a research analyst, portfolio manager, and the Head of ESG Strategy.  Liz is passionate about aligning investment portfolios with values, and has deep experience managing divested, fossil fuel free, and clean energy investments.

Liz is currently a member of the Board of Directors of US SIF, the Sustainable Investment Forum.   She is also the Treasurer of the Board of the women’s health non-profit Our Bodies, Ourselves.

Liz is a Chartered Financial Analyst.  She holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, and a B.S. from the College of William and Mary.

Liz lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.  She can often be found running or walking on the trails near home, and spends as much time as possible hiking, skiing and snow shoeing in the White Mountains.
