Clean Yield Speaker Series: Protecting Women’s Access to Health Care Through Advocacy and Corporate Engagement

On April 10 at 2 p.m. EST, Clean Yield will host a webinar on the current state of policies and efforts to protect reproductive rights. The discussion will examine the historical context of this ongoing fight, and explore how corporations and investors can play a role in advancing women’s rights and their access to health care — with a focus on how Clean Yield is involved in the effort.
Liz Levy, Managing Director of Research and Portfolio Manager, will be joined by two prominent leaders in the fight for reproductive justice and women’s empowerment. Judy Norsigian, an internationally recognized author and advocate for women’s health, co-founded Our Bodies Ourselves, an organization dedicated to supporting women, health, and sexuality. Shelley Alpern, Associate Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Rhia Ventures, is an expert in impact investing and shareholder engagement aimed at improving corporate policies and performance on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
